Sounds good.. i did not really mean that this happens for 
everyone.. just for some.  (speaking from what several people were 
told by their Dr.) the Dr. told them that if they constantly go low 
(mostly because of over insulin production or hyperactivity to the 
insulin - this is mainly for nondiabetics) and the constantly use the 
reserves they can use it all up in the demand is larger than the 
supply.  but if they did not go low for awhile the body is able to 
build up the supply again and try and regulate the sugars.
