You really need more tests for this.. i would suggest to either wake up
more often like say every 2 hours during the night. or do what i did and
have one night i stay up all night doing nothing (to be more like i was
asleep) and test every hour to see right where i was raising. and then
adjust ever so lightly the hour before.
