Sounds like a plausible explanation.  Does she also walk and talk in her
sleep?  Not being glib here.  Problem solved with extra insulin....good thing
it was only a short time. A safe precaution here would be to change the set as
the body defenses will try to wall off the "invader" (insertion set) in about
two hours time when nothing is flowing thruogh the end of the catheter. Best
to bolus by syringe while troubleshooting, because if the set clogged off at
the tip, BG would have been much higher.  She was lucky.
