No, it's not that simple. The process whereby the glucose molecules 
stick to things they are not supposed to is not linear. HIGH's cause 
lots of glucose to stick to things. LOWS don't undo it, just no more 
gets stuck. the A1c is a measurement of how much glucose is stuck to 
blood cells, it is not an average of the highs and lows. You can not 
compensate for a high by subsequently being low.
