Yes.  If it comes out a little (which could happen if the set was 
losing its adhesion, during the humidity and swimming pool), and then 
was pushed back in when she sat down, or leaned back, or whatever, it 
could.  I've had it happen, with both straight-in and silhouette types. 
  Under those circumstances, the amount of insulin she gets can be a 
little unpredictable, but she still might be getting enough to not set 
off the occlusion alarm.  Glad she is better, today!  Sleep well
