The potential for possible side effects is there with ANY drug.  If you have
an elderly relative with HIGH BG that refuses shots - then even with the
risks its great to have an alternative....

I'm not so sure it's such a great thing because I think I read 
somewhere that lung damage had occurred in people with no lung 
problems. I would be wary in case you have another Rezulin
fiasco....you know, when the FDA approves a drug knowing it has some 
bad side
effects.....
