I upgraded from the 511 to the 515 a few months ago. I use the BD Link meter 
that 'talks' to the pump (BTW you may hear a lot of complaints about the 
meter , But I compared the BD and my Ultrasmart meters and they are just a 
couple of points apart.)
I think I'll wait a bit before I try the  CGM, !! there is bound to be some 
bugs in the unit at first.
