Yes; I have developed some scar tissue. Mostly because when I first started
pumping I thought it was kool to leave an infusion site unchanged for 7-10
days. I believe it would not have been so bad if I had not done this. I
changed to my mid-section for 6 months and the scar tissue in my stomach has
diminished greatly. I only use the stomach and mid-section (above the belt
line); arms do not absorb the insulin and thighs hurt after 24hrs.
