[IP] Pam,

My brand new MiniMed 511 did this after one week. I was wondering if I had
messed something up or forgotten to do something but learned otherwise when I
called MiniMed. They were so incredibly nice and FedEx'ed me another one out
that night. (This happened at 10:00 at night and I had my new replacement pump
the next morning) I guess everyone can experience problems at one time or
another . . it is just comforting to know that you have someone there to talk to
and guide you through this and have a replacement one so soon. I am thoroughly
pleased with MiniMed and the whole pumping experience so far. I just can't
believe I have resisted doing this for 15 years!

This morning my MM 508 said Battery Low- no big deal. Except when I put in the
new batteries it gave me an E01 error. My pump had reset everything to ZERO!

Also, I've really appreciated the warnings about preparing for pump failures.
Obviously, I need to do that too. My pump is 3 years old.
