I agree with Ryan. I could not be happier with the service that I have
received from MM since my pump start date 3 years ago (508). I do however
feel that the customer service aspect has fallen somewhat since the merger
with Medtronic. I have personally contacted them about this issue and am
still waiting for a return answer (it has been 5 weeks now).
