Hi,
Its great that your diabetes is under control.  You don`t mention if you
exercise or not I found myself on all kinds of diets to lose the pounds and
it did not help.  Once I started to exercise the weight slowly came down. I
joined a fitness club and workout for one hour three or four times a week.
But an exercise but and some light weights at home may help   just a
suggestion.   Mike in Canada
