Tammy, are you putting a thick dollop (about as big
around as a nickel) on the skin? It needs to be pretty
thick, and cover it with a large bandaid or tegaderm.
If you are already doing that, try leaving it on longer
than 30mins, as it is supposed to take about an hour to
work. You'll know when it is working as it usually
leaves a blanched area on the skin wherever it was
touching. Hope this helps!
