Please make an appointment with the admission's
counselor at the school you want to attend.  You are
not using diabetes as an excuse any more than someone
undergoing chemotherapy would need to explain why
their marks were down while they were being treated!

You can also request to be admitted "provisionally"
pending you proving your studiousness.  Did you make
friends with any faculty members at your previous
university that can speak to the fact that you ARE
serious about obtaining an education?  This might also
be an avenue to pursue with them providing a letter of
