[IP] Post Exercise Highs

Although we all know there are a zillion things that cause highs - where
intense exercise is concerned epinephrine and norepinephrine are easily
triggered to keep the blood sugars high enough to sustain extreme exercise.
Anyone who's ever experience an extreme high after a low knows first hand
that the body can and will dump all its stored glycogen in liver and muscles
into the blood stream -- and take reclaim it all when you take insulin to
bring the high down.

Finding out what works best for you is testing, testing, testing - before
during and after -- especially if exercise is sustained AND intense for YOU.
Your body needs enough insulin to get the carbs into the cells, and as
many have pointed out there may be as many ways to do this as there are
diabetic pumpers.

Okay, off my soapbox.
