Re: [IP] Getting nervous about MiniMed

Hi Mike,

I went with the Animas.  They were the most helpful and acted like they
wanted to earn my business.  I had also read nothing but good things about
their customer service from this list.  One big reason I didn't go with
MiniMed is that my insurance, MediCare, will cover any pump *except* the
Paradigm (??!?).

My doctors and CDEs, however, told me that all three companies are excellent
(I was considering MiniMed, Disetronic, and Animas), and the major
difference between the pumps are some of the features.

I have now been pumping with my Animas for 3 days and love it!  This is my
first pump, so I can't compare it to others--but I love it!!!
