Iplantable means it is in the body cavity.  it is called perotneal insertion 
since it is released into the body cavity.  you bolus with a remote just like 
the mm508.  With true bg monitoring you should not need to bolus but may need 
to for extra when AP can't keep up with rising BG.  No need for infusion sets
