Welcome aboard!  I use the square wave on lots of complex carbo meals - my 
favorites being spaghetti and pizza and macaroni and cheese.  Since it takes 
longer for these to break down in my body (YMMV) I bolus about 50% 
immediately and the rest over a period of 2-3hours.  Works out great for me.  
Just watch how you respond to foods and don't be afraid to try it.
