Re: [IP] carbo counting book to carry with me?

Julie I just had my first pre-insulin pump meeting today and they gave me a
great book (small paperback) called "The Doctors Pocket Calorie Fat &
Carbohydrate Counter " and it has a website that I haven't even looked up
yet at www.calorieking.com so u may be able to purchase it online there.
It is a very complete small paperback book that will be easy to carry! It
has included a Diabetes Diet Guide also.
     Hope it helps!
