Rabbi, I ran into the same problem with Blue Cross of GA. They regard all
scripts as being a  30 day supply. They will only pay for the script to be
filled once every 30 days.

But, I could fill the single bottle script as often as I wanted... provided
I paid for it myself.

I got a really bad explanation of the problem from the clerk when my script
was not filled the first time.  She said "We can only fill this every 30
days", as if that was the end of the matter.

I had to speak to the pharmacist to get to the fine print of what was really
going on. It was not a script problem..but an insurance problem.

Could this be it?,,,,if so simply get the doc to write a larger script...you
should always have an emergency bottle in the fridge. That 90 day warranty
from Lilly is worthless if the bottle hits the bathroom floor.-James
