I use the InchargeNow system to check myself every week.
To see good, interm. and bad limits goto this link:
www.inchargenow.com then, click FAQ's and read the answers.
There is a chart that correlates the avg, HBA1c and GP tests
good <=310 interm = 310 - 380 bad > 380

I was told to have a fructosamine level drawn versus a hemoglobin A1C.  Is 
anyone familiar with the normal ranges for this and the time frame it 
measures glucose levels?  I'm not familiar with it.
