Thanks Barbara!

I have always been told with high bG's that exercise would help lower them.
It may be different with keytones.  But I don't recall my endo ever putting
Rachel to bedrest, except in May in ICU, but she couldn't have run around at
that point had she wanted to....  ;-)

Anyway, thanks for your kind words.  You are very active in the list and
very knowledgeable and I respect you.
