[IP] Infection and insulin requirement

The person that posted had an INFECTION. When _any_ diabetic gets an 
infection, they will very likely need more insulin. How much more is 
individual (YMMV), but that more is needed is perfectly *normal*.

There's no real mystery here. It's by no means required, in such a 
situation, to live with *prolonged* hyperglycemia.
