This is my take also on the word "quality." Everything has quality - some
good, some poor or many other ranges. When doing Toastmasters training I
bring in the fact that Quality Meetings means nothing. It's like saying
"It's temperature outside."  That's my $.02 for now. YMMV (~_^)
