Common start up problems. The instructions seem to have been made for 
people with lots of sub-cu tissue. An insertion angle of 15 to 30 
degrees (and airplane landing!) seems to be better for a lot of 
people. It wants to be deeper than "just under the skin", but not by 
a whole lot.
