Re: [IP] Letter of Medical Necessity, STRIPS etc...



My insurance is actually an HMO. Beacon Health Plan out of  Coral Gables,
Florida.  All my "normal" perscriptions are a $5.00 co-pay, but all my pump
supplies, and now testing supplies are fully covered.  (Including the pump.)
I consider myself very blessed.
