Hi!  Yes, you're right - I tried to enlist in the Navy after two years in
college - when I asked about diabetes, unbelieveably the recruiter told me -
SURE!  We take people with ANY major!  Unbelieveable!  Well, I just finished
4 years in Japan on a military base (air force), and they reminded me of
that fact, over and over!  I believe that's true in any service.  But, who
knows, now they're letting people fly planes with pumps, so things can
change, but I think perhaps - don't hold your breath!  I work for DOD as a
civilian now.
