I think you need another doctor.  I was told it would improve my chances of
having a healthy baby.  My doctor encouraged me to look into it prior to even
considering conceiving.  I have to say it has made a world of difference in my
control.  I couldn't get my Post Prandial numbers within range.  Hopefully I
will have the same control I have now after conception.
