Re: [IP] basals, sent back sofsets



Actually, I find that when I spend the day at the beach that my bg's are
wonderful. (no matter how hot it is) I think it has more to do with lack
of stress than anything else.  Exercising in the heat is another
story,however, because it places extra stress on the body.
