The 2 hour post prandial tests for the accuracy of the meal bolus.  It is
useful when testing for correction of meal bolus when first starting on the
pump.  If the basal calculations are correct, and the bolus amounts are
correct, there should be a nice up and down curve within your BG target
ranges.  If only testing from meal to meal, then if you graphed those numbers,
they would look relatively flat from meal to meal.  It is helpful to test 2 hr
PP when guessing about a meal bolus, or when eating out when you aren't sure
you gave enough, so you can correct it later, if necessary, or get a snack if
over bolused.
