Terri...I assume you are pumping Velosulin.  Usual wait time may vary from 20
to 30 minutes if in normal range, abit longer if above normal...but that may
depend on how your body uses a larger bolus.  If you have a continuous problem
with lead time on boluses, you might benefit from the use of Humalog.  Get the
newest version of Pumping Insulin...and also check out the home page here for
info on exercise adjustments.
