Medtronics lost me as a customer for several reasons 1. double billing the 
customer and insurance company, Had to sue to get reimbursed. 2. had 4 
Medtronic 504 (not the original MiniMed) pumps crack and fail one 
replacement arrived in pieces with the letter from the original owner in the 
box (what quality control), 3. last 504 I received stuck in delivery mode 
and would not shut off had to remove battery (4 days in ICU) and Medtronics 
said to bad so sad. Went with Deltec Cosmo until they folded the Animas. Now 
on Tandem X2 and Dexcom G6 love it.
