You can also make a soup out of them (watch the sodium) by adding chopped
tomatoes, celery, onions a bay leaf or anything that you would normaly put
in a soup.  I grew up with this type of soup.  A soup makes it seem you are
eating more.  Does anybody use the recipes on www.dlife.com?
