Thanks for the kind words. I do know,for me, eating veggies of all kinds every
day, as much as I want has lowered my weight,  blood sugar, A1c, cholesterol,
blood pressure and made me feel so much better. Strangely enough after a few
days of eating like that, I didn't miss meat or dairy and I was a huge meat
and dairy guy all my life. Now, I do have a piece of meat once or twice a
month, ie. cheeseburger but it does upset my stomach.

I have tried juicing. I would rather buy it in a bottle. Nothing I ever
juiced tasted good. In fact, most tasted like dirt. :)
