My theory is that the more sugar you consume, the more you crave.   Milk,
of course, has lactose.  I was told that any work ending in ose is a form
of sugar: sucrose, lactose, fructose and so on.  However, have you had bone
density test done?  Just a thought in case your body is craving calcium.
