Pretty much, yes.  Everything is going to turn into a molecule with one 
carbon atom and a bunch of oxygen hooked on to it.  How fast it gets 
there, depends on what it was to begin with:  sugar, starch, fat or 
protein.  But I only bolus for the carbs.
