RE: [IP] 7?? OR 712 or 715?

I have only been pumping for a few weeks BUT I have been in the tech
industry for a long time and I have little respect for companies that trade
so heavily on what is "coming soon" -

Constantly talking about the promises of the stuff just over the horizon -

Have any of you ever tried to walk ( or drive or fly ) to that place just on
the horizon ? Its a LONG, LONG trip.

MM seems to revel in talking about the new solution as if it's around the
corner when its by all accounts at least 18 months away. And what makes it
worse is they are simultaneously taking unfounded shots at their
competition.. When you drill down for evidence to back up the claims they
make either about their product or the shots they take at the competition
there is no independent backup... No link to where the FDA has either
approved their product or pulled the competitions - its all just seems like
smoke and mirrors.

I just don't like that approach ...

Which CGMS? I understood that it would be the Guardian III that
communicates with the Paradigm and neither the Guardian II nor the
Guardian I have been released yet.

I found the discussion of the links between long-term sensor
technology and the implantable pump to be quite interesting, check
out pages 33 and 58 on their Annual Report. All of the discussion
about the long-term sensor was strictly in relation to the
implantable pump. The only statements made about the Guardian
system would be its ability to alarm at preset levels, nothing on any
communication between it and a pump.
