Actually, we were speaking of contributions last tax year, but NOW is 
not a bad time to start on this year!   Whenever you send unused 
supplies to Insulin-Pumpers, they will be distributed to those in 
need and you will have an acknowledgement of your contribution.  And, 
not to argue with Jan Hughey, that contribution DOES qualify as a 
charitable donation to a verified 501(c)3 organization.  If your 
accountant (or you) choose to itemize, the contribution is fully 
deductible.  Whether you choose to take that deduction or not, it is 
still a qualified contribution.  YOU will always have that little 
check mark on your "good deeds" balance sheet.      :>)

(and if you don't have unused supplies, CASH works as well also!)
