Re: [IP] Peanut Butter

Renee,

The peanut are very hard to digest at night....if you ever try to eat a
peanut butter at night try a 4-8 oz. of cheese with your peanut butter. The
cheese will act as a slowing process for you to digest the peanut butter and
will equillibriate your sugar during the night...i do the same has you. The
best penut butter i take is the KRAFT smooth one. Don't get the lite kind,
it has more carbs. in it. and in the morning the best is the KELLOGGS Carb
fit cereal with has just 14gr of carbs per 3/4 cups and much easy to start
your day. Try iy and tell me what you get like results.

Good Luck,
Gilles
