 If she has celiac, she needs to consider that she may have T1. Especially with
a low insulin, high
BS. If her doctor is confused, she should see an endocrinologist ASAP.

 If it's an endocrinologist who's confused, she should get a second opinion. Two
confused
endocrinologists are better than one! (I'm up to three, myself!)

If she's T1, a diabetic diet is not going to be the solution.
