I have spoken to  a woman who had mouth ulcers.  Although she told me that 
they really weren't ulcers as much as open wounds almost completely covering 
the inside of her mouth - very painful.  And still she said that if she had 
it to do all over again, she would in a heart beat.  No, it's not a cure, 
but it offers a lot of hope.
