In the US Novolog is still a Rx drug and requires a doctor's Rx.  In
Canada it is over the counter and sold under the name of NovoRapid. 
Last summer I purchased it at Shoppers Drug Mart in Niagara Falls for
$29.99 CDN which was converted to US$22 on my credit card statement.
