Actually it goes well beyond all this to the definition of health.  In 1946
the World Health Organization defined it: Health is a state of complete
physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease
or infirmity.

Quality of life is an integral and important part of one's overall health.
But it's important to remember that insurance companies are not altruistic.
They exist first and foremost for the benefit of their share holders.
Customers come in a distant second.
