I have a similar problem, I can go to bed with a 140 bgs, wake up at 3A.M.
at 117-120
and  at 6 I will be in the 40's.
I use 0.3 between 5 and 7 A.M and then it goes to 0.9, since mornings I'm on
the rise non stop till about 11:30 A.M..
Seems like a reverse dawn effect and harder to control.
