I juess were all in the same boat,living with diabetes or living with a
diabetic, is no esay task.Living alone or married with kids we all have to
change our life styles.So eat 3 meals a day with snacks exercise regular,
don't cheat and hopefully we all can get[ at least] the monkey off our
backs.I've went from 175 to 235lbs over 15 yrs an thats with regular
workouts . Currently 210  right now and shrinking slowly. There's no magic
