[IP] junk food cereals

Hi all:
Rather than eating "junk food cereals" loaded w/lots of sugar, how about the
ones that have more fiber and vitamins in them?  Like Smart Start or one of
those?  They have more fiber and are sweeter tasting but better for you.

Post cereals also have those banana crunchies, ones w/blueberries,
cranberries and a few others.

The carbs are high but so are the fiber so you can deduct the fiber from the
total carbs and I find that eating these cereals with some fruit works
better on quick high b.g.
