Have you done a lead screw test on your pump?  If not, try it.  Disconnect 
the pump from your site, open the pump and check to see where the 
white/yellow mark on the end of the lead screw is.  Program a 7.2 unit 
bolus.  The lead screw should make one complete turn and end up in it's 
original position.

If it makes more or less than one complete turn there is definitely a 
problem with your pump.  Call MiniMed.
