Re: [IP] chinese food

I had problems with Chinese food the other day, myself.  I did eat lots of 
the veggies (Chop Suey with Chicken) and a small piece of chicken (not the 
breaded kind).  When I went to bed my sugar was fine, when I got up the next 
morning, I was *way* up there!

Is this when I should have used the square or dual wave?  Can someone 
explain this for me, please?
