RE: [IP] chinese food

George, I'm with you...if I cook my own Chinese food, I don't have problems
with bolusing...I measure my rice and know exactly how much of that I am
eating and the rest???  Usually veggies and some meat w/o all the
sugar/starches added in...

But oh, doesn't Chinese food from a restaurant taste soooo much better?
Especially the egg rolls?????
