RE: [IP] post-prandial highs

Two hour numbers aren't written in stone...for me, I need at least 1\2 1/2
hours to make a difference but getting closer to 4 hours, I'm too low.

For me, there is no happy medium..either I get good numbers 2- 2 1/2 hrs
after I eat and go low or have higher #'s after I eat and stay
ok....decisions, decisions, decisions...
