Yeah, and *I* don't think it's fair for Medicare bureacrats to decide
whether you should even be pumping at all. 

I'm not of Medicare age yet (13 years to go!), but I live in fear that
when I retire, I'll have to give up pumping because I'm not a classic
Type 1. At this point, I can't face the idea of going on shots again!
